Working out with Kristina has helped me in several ways. First of all, my golf game has improved. I am hitting the ball 20 yards further than I was before I started with her. Secondly, she makes me work harder than I would if I were working out alone. Finally, my husband says my body is better now than before I had my two kids. Thanks Kristina!

I knew I needed to elevate my current fitness level, especially as I aged.? ?Though I was intimidated in the gym environment when exercising by myself, I was leery that hiring a professional would be more intense than I could, or would want to manage.? Well, I cannot overstate the appreciation and admiration I have for finding Kristina Martemucci as my trainer.? In addition to always planning a well-rounded session, Kristina (with beautiful athletic grace) first demonstrates each exercise so I can see the proper form I am to strive for.? She constantly monitors my performance while adding pointers and adjustments to help me master the skill, but she does this in the most unobtrusive, positive way that I never feel awkward or incompetent.? At the end of each workout, I have a sense of accomplishment and some pride for achieving more than I ever would have alone, and though I am tired, I do not feel so wrung out that I don?t want to return.? Kristina offers such appropriate reinforcement throughout, and is always so approachable and flexible in what she plans if I have any physical issues that need to be addressed, that in just a few months? time with her I have gained noticeable strength and am feeling great.? I consider Kristina to be one of the best around. She not only knows the physical but also the emotional piece to a healthy lifestyle. I have been going to Kristina for over ten years. She has taught me how to train properly, step outside my comfort zone and eat the correct way to be stronger and healthier.?
